We use baby-safe products and steam cleaning. We clean, sanitise, dress the plastics, and finish with a final safety check.

Are the products you use baby safe?

Yes. All the products we use at PramCare are rigorously tested and certified as being safe for use with babies. We take the safety and wellbeing of your little ones very seriously and only use the highest quality products.

How long does a PramCare clean usually take?

Cleaning times vary by item and condition. As a guide, a car seat takes about 30 minutes and a single pram takes about 1 hour.

Will my items be dry on collection?

Accepted Answer

Most of the items we clean are totally dry on collection. However, some items require a deeper cleaning and so may be slightly damp on collection. Dont worry though, they will dry very quickly if left in a warm room for a brief period of time.

Do you need to book before you visit PramCare?

Yes, we recommend booking online before you visit. It helps us plan your service and makes your visit smoother. You also choose your PramCare location when you book.

Can I pay with card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and debit cards for payment. You can also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do you buy a PramCare gift card?

Yes, you can buy a PramCare gift card for any PramCare service. Gift cards are valid for 60 months from the date of purchase.

Do you repair items?

No. We currently do not offer a repair service on baby transport items.

Do I need to remove the covers or accessories before drop-off?

Please remove any personal items and loose accessories before drop-off. If you are unsure what to take off, bring the item as it is and we will guide you at the counter.

We clean prams, pushchairs, strollers, car seats, and travel systems. If it is baby transport, we can usually help.
